Ingredients

  1. 1/4 cupOlive oil
  2. 1/4 cupBalsamic vinegar
  3. 1 tbspWhite vinegar
  4. 2 tbspYellow mustard
  5. 1 tbspStoneground mustard
  6. 20 mediumsized fresh basil leaves
  7. 1/2 cupPacked fresh parsley
  8. 1/4 tspSalt
  9. 1/4 tspBlack pepper

    Add all ingredients to blender and enjoy!

  2. 2

    I recommend this dressing with chopped romaine, grilled chicken (best to marinade in this dressing!), toasted walnuts (Spicy Toasted Walnuts), red sliced onions, cubed avocado and gargonzola.
