Ingredients

  1. 2Chicken breasts cut into pieces
  2. 2 mediumzucchinis spiralized into noodles
  3. 1 mediumonion chopped
  4. 1 cupchopped mushrooms
  5. 1/2 cupartichoke hearts chopped
  6. 4 eachsundried tomatoes chopped
  7. 1/2 cupgrated parmesan cheese
  8. 3 tbspButter or margarine
  9. 2 tbspolive oil, extra virgin
  10. salt and pepper
  11. garlic powder

  1. 1

    Cook chicken with a little olive oil then season with garlic and set aside

  2. 2

    Sautee mushrooms and onions in olive oil until well cooked then add the artichoke hearts and sundried tomatoes. Season again with garlic.

  3. 3

    Add chicken and veggies into your zucchini noodles and stir.

  4. 4

    put all ingredients back into the pan. add the butter and parmesan cheese and heat on low until your meal is hot.

  5. 5

    Add salt and pepper to your liking and serve!
