Brown ground beef, add onion, garlic salt and tomato sauce after you spoon off any grease. Simmer for 5 and turn off heat. Set aside.

Mix together sour cream, cottage cheese, green chilies, olives. Set aside.

Crumble tortilla chips, enough to make a couple cups worth.

In casserole dish, spread a layer of crumbled chips, enough to cover the bottom. I also spray the pan with Pam before I start the casserole.

Then add a layer of meat mixture, then a layer of the chili/sour cream mixture. Sprinkle with shredded cheese. Repeat layers.

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
