  • 1 dasholive oil
  • 1 pinchBlack pepper
  • 225 gramshalloumi cheese (I used a spicy cheese)

Steps

  1. 1

    Slice the cheese.

    Barbecue on each side for about 3-5 minutes.

    Once cooked, place on a plate and drizzle with the olive oil

    Sprinkle with the pepper

    And serve.
