1/2 mediumonion, chopped
10 1/2 ozcream of chicken
10 1/2 ozcream of mushroom
salt and pepper
your favorite seasonings
8 ozblanco velveta block sliced
28 ozo'brien hashbrown potatoes
1 cupshredded Monterey jack cheese

Steps

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Brown hamburger meat, add onion and saute until onions are soft.

Mix in soups and heat through. Pour into a 13x9 glass baking dish. Lay slices of blanco cheese over meat mixture to cover.

Layer hashbrowns on top. Bake for about 45 minutes. Sprinkle shredded monterrey jack over top and heat till melted.
