Ingredients

  1. 2 lbhamburger
  2. 1/2 mediumonion, chopped
  3. 10 1/2 ozcream of chicken
  4. 10 1/2 ozcream of mushroom
  5. salt and pepper
  6. your favorite seasonings
  7. 8 ozblanco velveta block sliced
  8. 28 ozo'brien hashbrown potatoes
  9. 1 cupshredded Monterey jack cheese

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. 2

    Brown hamburger meat, add onion and saute until onions are soft.

  3. 3

    Mix in soups and heat through. Pour into a 13x9 glass baking dish. Lay slices of blanco cheese over meat mixture to cover.

  4. 4

    Layer hashbrowns on top. Bake for about 45 minutes. Sprinkle shredded monterrey jack over top and heat till melted.
