Brad's pancetta and sausage stuffed peppers

Ingredients

  1. 2bell pepper, your preferred color
  2. 1 lbsweet italian sausage
  3. 12 slicepancetta
  4. 8 ozpkg cream cheese, softened
  5. 1 tspgarlic powder

Cooking Instructions

    Brown and crumble sausage

  2. 2

    Cut off top of pepper. Remove seeds and ribs

  3. 3

    Line the inside of each pepper with 6 slices of pancetta

  4. 4

    Mix browned sausage, cream cheese, and garlic powder.

  5. 5

    Split mixture in half. Stuff each half in peppers

  6. 6

    Place in a baking dish securely so they don't fall over while cooking

  7. 7

    Bake at 350, 20-25 minutes. Until peppers get soft and start browning

cooking is a passion of mine. I started when I was very young and I had to drag a milk crate around to see over the counter. taught by a career cook (my grandmother ). I have always tried to push the boundaries of conventional cooking. I prefer cooking wild game. when I can get my hands on it, but fish is more readily available for me. I raise and butcher most of the livestock that I use for my conventional recipes. I hope everyone can find a few recipes they like in my list.
