Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 2medium-sized bangus (milk fish)
  2. 3big tomatoes, chopped
  3. 1/2 cupspring onions, chopped
  4. 1 tspsalt
  5. 1 tbspcalamansi or lime juice
  6. 1olive or vegetable oil

    Clean fish. Slit at the back, remove intestines and gills. Set aside.

  2. 2

    Chop tomatoes and green onions. Put them in a bowl. Season with salt. Add calamansi juice and strain the mixture.

  3. 3

    Stuff the fish with onion-tomatoe mixture. Place fish in a well-greased shallow pan pan. Bake at 180°C, uncovered, until fish is cooked.

  4. 4

    Bake the fish for 40 minutes. Put in a platter, garnish with tomatoe slices and spring onions. Serve with mayonaise or other desired sauce. Serve warm.
