preheat oven to 425

in a three-quarter casserole dish melt butter in oven
- 3
whip eggs in blender on high for 1 minute slowly add milk and flour to eggs whipping 30 seconds after each addition

pour mixture over melted butter

bake for 20 to 25 minutes until puffy and brown pancakes will rise above pan
- 6
dump pancakes upside down out of casserole dish onto plates sprinkle with powdered sugar and fresh lemon juice
