2 serves

300 gall purpose flour
1 tspbaking powder
25 gblue band
30 gsugar
1/2cinnamon tsp
1/8 litrewater
1 pinchsalt

Steps

Mix all the dry ingredients.

Add blueband and rub in.

Add milk and lemonband start to knead to form a soft dough.
4

Roll on a flat surface cut then into sizeable sizes and deep frt them till golden brown.
