2 servings
  • 1 cupboiled western ndengu
  • 1onion chopped
  • 1green hoho chopped
  • 2tomatoes chopped
  • 1/3 tbsroyco
  • cooking oil
  • salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Place onions in a sufuria and add cooking oil.

  2. 2

    Stir and add hoho.

  3. 3

    Add tomatoes and stir as they soften. Add the ndengu and stir.

  4. 4

    Add royco and 1/2cup water then add salt and cover for 3minutes then serve with avocado.
