Turn crockpot to low. In a large bowl, combine chicken wings/drums with the salt, pepper, 1/4 c brown sugar, 1/4 c soy sauce, garlic powder, ginger powder, cayenne and paprika. Mix well and toss into crockpot. Cook 5 hours.

In a sauce pan on low, melt butter, 1/4 c brown sugar, 1/4 cup soy sauce, and Sriracha. Once it's melted, turn heat off.

Set oven to broil. Lay all the chicken on a sheet pan, pour the sauce over, and sprinkle sesame seeds. Cook in the oven for about 15 min, until sauce gets sticky and browned a bit.
