Steps

First mix besan, samolina, turmeric, salt, powder sugar, citric acid and sieve it once.

Then add wet ingredient like ginger garlic chilli paste and water and make it thick paste. Now put steamer on and grease dhokla plate with oil.

Now just before putting it in steamer add eno and citric acid in it mix it and pour it in plate. Keep level lower than plate. And steam it on full flame for just 10 mins.
