Lets make dough first. Take maida and besan together and add pinch of salt in it. Mix it and make a well in it. Now pour around 2 tbsp of ghee and water each and mix it. Now add milk with some more water and make soft dough of it. Grease it with ghee and rest it for 1 hour.

In pressure cooker take chanadal with double amount of water. And give it 3 whistle. We need to cook it enough so that chana dal can able to hold its shape but when you press it it should get mashed completely. Now remove water from chana dal and add gud, sugar and ilaich powder and cook it till it become nice dry mixture. Then using puran machine make fine paste of it and keep it aside.

Now just like paratha put stuffing in a dough roll it out and cook it from both sides using brush of ghee.
