Ingredients

  1. 1 envelopeunflavored gelatin
  2. 1/2 cupcold water
  3. 1/3 cupsugar
  4. 1 pinchsalt
  5. 1 cupboiling water
  6. 4 tspinstant coffee crystals
  7. 1/4 cuphot water for coffee

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    sprinkle gelatin into cold water to soften.

    add sugar, salt, and boiling water, stir until thoroughly dissolved.

  3. 3

    mix coffee crystal with the 1/4c. hot water until dissolved.

  4. 4

    add coffee mixture to the rest of the ingredients.

  5. 5

    chill in a mold until firm. enjoy!

  6. 6

    I like mine cut into cubes and put into cold coffee or in milk. also great by itself!
