Ingredients

  1. 3leftover bratwurst, hot dogs or equivalent ring bologna
  2. 1 lbground beef
  3. 1/2onion, chopped
  4. 1 canbaked beans, 28 oz.
  5. 1 canchili beans
  6. 1 cantomato sauce, 8 oz.
  7. 1 tspgarlic powder
  8. 1 tbspchili powder
  9. 1 tspcajun seasoning, optional

Steps

  1. 1

    Slice sausage into coins. Add to browned ground beef over med. Heat, add onions and cook til tender.

  2. 2

    Add all other ingredients, mix well.

  3. 3

    Bring to hearty simmer and cook low for 20-30 minutes to marry the flavors.

  4. 4

    Dish up over hot cheddar biscuits and enjoy!
