Ingredients

6 servings

3leftover bratwurst, hot dogs or equivalent ring bologna
1 lbground beef
1/2onion, chopped
1 canbaked beans, 28 oz.
1 canchili beans
1 cantomato sauce, 8 oz.
1 tspgarlic powder
1 tbspchili powder
1 tspcajun seasoning, optional

Slice sausage into coins. Add to browned ground beef over med. Heat, add onions and cook til tender.

Add all other ingredients, mix well.

Bring to hearty simmer and cook low for 20-30 minutes to marry the flavors.

Dish up over hot cheddar biscuits and enjoy!
