  • 1 lbFresh whole green beans
  • 1 canmushrooms or package of fresh mushrooms.
  • 1 tbspOlive oil
  • 1/2 tspSalt
  • 1/2 tspPepper

    Slice sausage to desired size pieces, & slightly brown in heated oil.

    Add remaining ingredients and cook until desired consistency.
