Ingredients

20-25 poori's
  • 1 cupatta
  • 1/2 cupbesan
  • 1/2 spoonajawain
  • 1/2 spoonjeera
  • 1/4 spoonlal mirch powder
  • 1/2 spoonsalt or as per taste
  • 1/4 tea spoongaram masala
  • 1/2 spoonkasturi methi
  • 1/2 spoondania powder
  • 3/4 glasswater
  • 2karchi oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a parat and mix all the ingredients adding water in small quantites.Add oil and make a tight dough.

    Deep fry in oil from both sides.

    Take Poori's out of the kadai on a plate.Your besan pooris are ready to serve. Serve them with mango pickle.
