Ingredients

20-25 poori's
  1. 1 cupatta
  2. 1/2 cupbesan
  3. 1/2 spoonajawain
  4. 1/2 spoonjeera
  5. 1/4 spoonlal mirch powder
  6. 1/2 spoonsalt or as per taste
  7. 1/4 tea spoongaram masala
  8. 1/2 spoonkasturi methi
  9. 1/2 spoondania powder
  10. 3/4 glasswater
  11. 2karchi oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a parat and mix all the ingredients adding water in small quantites.Add oil and make a tight dough.

    Deep fry in oil from both sides.

    Take Poori's out of the kadai on a plate.Your besan pooris are ready to serve. Serve them with mango pickle.
