After boiling of maize and beans which initially takes 2-3hours to soften

Cut tomatoes,onions,and sweet paper then fry them for two minutes

Add pototoes and wait to cook

Add mixture of maize and beans then acup of water then cover and wait for you food to cook for 20 minutes
