Ingredients

2 servings
  1. ● For The Seafood
  2. 1.5 PoundsFresh Salmon
  3. as neededGarlic Olive Oil [to coat salmon]
  4. 1Fresh Lemon Juiced [divided + reserve slices for serving]
  5. 1 tbspFresh Chopped Dill Weed [+ reserves for garish]
  6. 1/2 tspGranulated Garlic Powder
  7. 1/2Fresh Ground Black Pepper
  8. to tasteSea Salt
  9. ● For The Asparagus
  10. 1LG Bunch Fresh Asparagus [2" of bottoms cut & discarded]
  11. as neededGarlic Olive Oil [to lightly coat asparagus]
  12. 1Fresh Lemon Juiced
  13. 1/4 CupFresh Grated Parmesan
  14. 1/2 tspFresh Ground Black Pepper
  15. to tasteCoarse Sea Salt
  16. ● For The Side Salads
  17. 1 BagMixed Lettuce Leaves
  18. as neededCrumbled Feta Cheese
  19. as neededChopped Cucumbers
  20. as neededChopped Radishes
  21. to tasteFresh Ground Black Pepper
  22. as neededHomemade Ranch Dressing [mayo & while milk needed]
  23. ● For The Breads [as needed]
  24. Fresh Warm French Bread Or Dinner Rolls
  25. Soft Honey Or Salted Creamed Butter
  26. ● For The Sides
  27. Lemon Wedges
  28. Hollandaise Sauce [one package]

Cooking Instructions

30 Minutes
  1. 1

    Make your side salads.

  2. 2

    Use only a quality Parmesan to shred for your asparagus if possible.

  3. 3

    Season your disposable pans with garlic olive oil. Add seasonings listed above.

  4. 4

    Add rinsed and pat dry salmon to pan. Coat with garlic olive oil. Then, season again.

  5. 5

    Do the same with your asparagus. But with Parmesan Cheese.

  6. 6

    Baked at 375° for 30 minutes. Internal temp of fish must be at least 145°. Turn your asparagus once while baking.

    Quick mix your side salad.

  8. 8

    Serve with warm crispy bread and honey butter. Enjoy!
