  • 1.5 PoundsFresh Salmon
  • as neededGarlic Olive Oil [to coat salmon]
  • 1Fresh Lemon Juiced [divided + reserve slices for serving]
  • 1 tbspFresh Chopped Dill Weed [+ reserves for garish]
  • 1/2 tspGranulated Garlic Powder
  • 1/2Fresh Ground Black Pepper
  • to tasteSea Salt
  • ● For The Asparagus
  • 1LG Bunch Fresh Asparagus [2" of bottoms cut & discarded]
  • as neededGarlic Olive Oil [to lightly coat asparagus]
  • 1Fresh Lemon Juiced
  • 1/4 CupFresh Grated Parmesan
  • 1/2 tspFresh Ground Black Pepper
  • to tasteCoarse Sea Salt
  • ● For The Side Salads
  • 1 BagMixed Lettuce Leaves
  • as neededCrumbled Feta Cheese
  • as neededChopped Cucumbers
  • as neededChopped Radishes
  • to tasteFresh Ground Black Pepper
  • as neededHomemade Ranch Dressing [mayo & while milk needed]
  • ● For The Breads [as needed]
  • Fresh Warm French Bread Or Dinner Rolls
  • Soft Honey Or Salted Creamed Butter
  • ● For The Sides
  • Lemon Wedges
  • Hollandaise Sauce [one package]

Steps

30 Minutes
  1. 1

    Make your side salads.

    Use only a quality Parmesan to shred for your asparagus if possible.

    Season your disposable pans with garlic olive oil. Add seasonings listed above.

    Add rinsed and pat dry salmon to pan. Coat with garlic olive oil. Then, season again.

    Do the same with your asparagus. But with Parmesan Cheese.

    Baked at 375° for 30 minutes. Internal temp of fish must be at least 145°. Turn your asparagus once while baking.

    Quick mix your side salad.

    Serve with warm crispy bread and honey butter. Enjoy!

Hense my love for the year round super fresh meats, seafoods and crispy fresh vegetables my students have consistently listed for your families picky approval!With that, cooking, teaching and feeding others are obviously 3 of my absolute passions in life. My culinary specialties as an easy going Chef include Asian, Mexican, Cajun, BBQing, Grilling, Irish Pub food, Low Country foods, anything seafood related, extra spicy foods, fresh meat, extra fresh vegetables, US comfort, kid friendly and super fast, quick and easy foods. But, I'll literally put anything in my mouth at least once. Pfft! My daddy didn't nickname me, "Goat," at two years of age for nothin'! Yup! I'll literally put anything in my mouth at least once!P.S. Mostly recipes for the homeless and battered women's shelters they regularly cook for. That means ANYONE can make these super easy, crazy delicious recipes!Lastly, my only culinary motto?
