cooking rice
1 cuprice
2 cupboiling hot water
1/4 tspsalt
herbs for rice
1/4 cupgreen onion minced
1/2 cupfresh parsley minced
1 mediumlime rimd and juice
2 tbspbutter

cook rice according to package directions,omitting salt. remove from heat.
