Heat oil in kadhai. And add mohri in it. Once it burst open add hing, tomato, green chilli and soaked dal. And saute it for few seconds

Now add all spices and gobi and mix it. Add salt and again mix it. Let it get hot then put lid on and cook it for 4-5 mins.

Serve it with chapati and garnish it with fresh coriander.
