Ingredients

12 small pancak
  1. 1 1/2 cupflour
  2. 1/4 cupbrown sugar
  3. 1 tspbaking powder
  4. 1 tspbaking soda
  5. 1/4 tspsalt
  6. 1 tspvanilla extract
  7. 2eggs
  8. 1 1/2 cupmilk
  9. 1/4 cupvegetable oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix dry ingredients

  2. 2

    Add vanilla, milk, eggs, vegetable oil. Mix well.

  3. 3

    Heat pan, melt some butter in there.. Oh yeah

  4. 4

    Pour mix and flip over once it starts bubbling.

  5. 5

    Serve with butter and maple syrup. Enjoy!
