1 cupmaize

1 tbspcooking oil
1onion
2tomatoes

Boil the maize and beans together till ready.

Chop onions and tomatoes finely. Add cooking oil onto a cooking pot

Fry onion till browning.add the tomatoes and stir add the githeri.

Stir add the salt and cover. When ready serve with beef and vegetables
