If you like a Rueben sandwich then you're gonna LOVE this dip! Tastes just like the sandwich. Also great to chill till firm, then roll in panko crumbs and deep fry for a great appetizer by itself!

1 cupShredded Swiss Cheese
1 cupThousand Island Dressing

Mix all ingredients in a bowl and microwave on high 4-6 minutes or until cheese is melted and dip is hot.

Serve with Cheddar sun-dried tomato baguette chips.
