  • bread pudding
  • 1 dashginger (optional)
  • 1 loafsara lee cinnamon &raisan bread (16 pieces)
  • 3eggs
  • 2 1/2 cupmilk
  • 1 cupgranulated sugar
  • 2 tspcinnamon
  • 2 tbspmelted butter
  • 1 dashvanilla extract
  • The sauce
  • 2/3 cupsugar
  • 1 cupwater
  • 7 tbspbutter
  • 2 tbspall purpose flour
  • 1 tbspvanilla extract

  1. 1

    Set oven to 350º Mix milk, eggs, sugar, butter, and tbe rest of dry ingredients. Mix and add all torn up 16 pieces of bread. Mix add to a greased 9" by 13" pan. Place in oven for 40 minutes.

  2. 2

    For sauce, combine water, sugar, flour, until smooth. Add butter, bring to a boil over medium heat. Stir in vanilla. Serve warm or cold over pudding
