Ingredients

  1. 2 lbchicken breasts
  2. 1green pepper, chopped
  3. 1onion, chopped
  4. 1 stickbutter
  5. 1 canrotel, drained
  6. 1 cancream of chicken soup
  7. 1 cancream of mushroom
  8. 1 packagescorn tortillas, cut in fourths
  9. 1minced garlic
  10. 1 packagesshredded cheese

  1. 1

    Boil chicken 45-50 mins, shred

  2. 2

    Sauteed green pepper and onion in butter

  3. 3

    Then add soups and rotel.

  4. 4

    In 13x9 baking dish layer shredded chicken, tortillas, soup and cheese. (Repeat until mixture is gone). Bake at 400 for 25-30 mins.

I'm going to make this. Without the rotel cause i have a little one and gunna use an orange bell instead of green. .
