2 bundleskale
2 tbspoil
1onion
1large tomatoes
1/8of salt

Steps

Put oil in a pan, fry add in onions and stir until soft. Add diced tomatoes.

Fry until the tomatoes until soft add salt then stir.

Add in the kales and stir. Stir until it shrinks in size then add little water and cover
