Ingredients

  • ice cream
  • 14 ozCan of sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cupHeavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup(or more) Chocolate of your choice
  • 1 tbsp- 1 1/2 tbs of peppermint extract

Steps

  1. 1

    First chill your condensed milk, heavy whipping cream, whisk attachment, and bowl.

  2. 2

    Beat your whipping cream until soft peaks. Beat for another minute and add in your condensed milk and peppermint extract.

  3. 3

    Finally chop your chocolate and add into the ice cream.

  4. 4

    Freeze for at least 3 hours before serving.
