Teriyaki Kale
Always looking for new ways to work more greens into our diet!
Steps

Rinse kale and pat dry with paper towel.

Heat olive oil in large skillet. Saute garlic in oil until golden, careful not to over cook.

Add kale into pan, tossing immediately. Allow kale to wilt, stirring occasionally.

Add soy sauce, teriyaki sauce and pepper flakes into the kale and toss one final time. The kale cooks incredibly quickly and will be done in about 5-6 minutes.

Serve as a side, add to noodles or rice as a stir fry!
