  1. 12cooked meatballs, my recipe is listed below
  2. 4 cupmarinara sauce, your favorite or mine listed below
  3. 12soft small rolls, split in half
  4. 2 cupshredded italian four cheese blend
  5. 1 tspitalian dry seasoning spice blend

    Preheat broiler to high. Have oven rack about 6 inches from heat. Line a baking sheet with foil for easy cleanup

    Slice meatballs into thick slices.

    In a large saucepan heat marinara sauce, add meatballs to heat through. Add meatball slices to bottom bun, add good layer of cheese,,, sprinkle lightly with italian seasoning and put under broiler just until cheese melts, only 1 or 2 minutes.. Top with top bun, press and serve with extra sauce for dipping.

“Fenway” passed away on 2/3/2021. For the last year she tried to teach her husband of 42 years how to cook like her. Although I will never be as good of a cook as her she did pass on her passion for cooking. Therefore, I will attempt to carry on her legacy and maintain/update her site. My wife was a Registered Nurse, a licensed deep water aerobics instructor, a mother to our 2 children and a fantastic cook. We grew up in New England but have been fortunate to live all over the US. I am now retired, missing her terribly, but thankful for all the years we had together and all her cooking lessons.
