  1. 6chicken breasts
  2. 3 bunchbroccoli
  3. 2 canCampbell's cream of chicken soup
  4. 1 cupmayonnaise
  5. 1boiling water
  6. 1optional: crushed crackers or bread crumbs
  7. 1optional: parsley flakes

  1. 1

    Boil chicken breasts 15 minutes or until fully cooked, covered by at least 1" of water.

  2. 2

    Slice broccoli into bite sized pieces and boil 3-4 minutes, covered by at least 1" of water.

  3. 3

    Thoroughly mix cream of chicken soup and mayonnaise in a medium sized bowl, then tear off and mix in pieces of chicken similar in size to the broccoli slices. Mix until chicken is covered by the soup and mayonnaise mixture.

    Layer the chicken and broccoli in a baking dish by making the bottom layer from half of the chicken and soup, the middle from the broccoli and the top from the remainder of the chicken and soup.

    Original: Sprinkle with crushed crackers or bread crumbs and/or parsley flakes for added flavor and texture.

  6. 6

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
