  • 3 bunchspinach
  • 2 bunchmanagu
  • 1onion
  • 1 cupmilk(cream)
  • Salt
  • Cooking oil(optional)

Steps

20 mins
  1. 1

    Cook onions and oil in a pot

  2. 2

    When they turn golden brown add the mixture of managu and spinach

  3. 3

    Pour some water in it to boil it

  4. 4

    Add milk when the water is almost or already over

  5. 5

    Put salt then remove and serve with ugali
