Ingredients

  • 500 grthinly sliced beef (I used sirloin)
  • 1onion, sliced thinly
  • 1 tbspoil
  • 3 tbspshoyu
  • 1 1/2 tbsphoney
  • 3 tbspbeef broth (plain water will do)
  • 1 tbspsesame seeds
  • Steamed rice

Steps

  1. 1

    Stir-fry onion with oil using low heat until translucent and soft.

  2. 2

    Add sliced beef, one by one if possible, stir until the color changes.

  3. 3

    Add shoyu, honey, and broth.

  4. 4

    Stir from time to time. Lower the heat and cook until the water evaporates.

  5. 5

    Top with sesame seeds.

  6. 6

    Serve with rice!
