  1. 700 gramsmince (ground beef)
  2. 500 gramsbread crumbs
  3. 1finely chopped onion
  4. 3eggs
  5. garlic
  6. parsley
  7. salt and pepper
  8. 1all-purpose flour
  9. oil

Cooking Instructions

    Mix all the ingredients together

    Use flour to keep the meat from sticking to your hands when rolling the meatballs. I used a tablespoon to size the balls.

    Fry the meatballs in oil until cooked

I like simple dishes that are quick and tasty. I also tend to prefer one pot cooking, so there is less to wash!!My mother is Italian, my father is French and I live in South Africa, my meals are never predictable ;-)
