2 tbspsugar
3 tbspbalsamic vinegar
1mint leaves for garnish

Steps

Combine strawberries with balsamic vinegar and sugar. Let this mixture rest for 20 minutes at room temperature stirring every 5 minutes or so to coat strawberries well. Chill until ready to serve. Top with mint leaves to garnish.
