Ingredients: 3 cup baby spinach; 4 slice bacon, cooked and chopped; 1 1/2 cup strawberries, hulled and chopped; 1 avacado, chopped; 1/4 cup sliced almonds; 1 tbsp goat cheese, crumbled; 1/4 cup greek yogurt; 1/4 cup mayonnaise; 2 tbsp white wine vinegar; 1 tbsp honey or agave syrup; 1 tsp poppyseeds; 1/4 tsp black pepper; 1 lime, juiced and zested

Salad
3 cupbaby spinach
4 slicebacon, cooked and chopped
1 1/2 cupstrawberries, hulled and chopped
1avacado, chopped
1/4 cupsliced almonds
1 tbspgoat cheese, crumbled
Yogurt Lime Poppyseed Dressing
1/4 cupgreek yogurt
1/4 cupmayonnaise
2 tbspwhite wine vinegar
1 tbsphoney or agave syrup
1 tsppoppyseeds
1/4 tspblack pepper
1lime, juiced and zested

Cooking Instructions

Combine all salad ingredients (reserve 1 tbsp of almonds and bacon bits for topping) in a large bowl and toss well. Set aside.

Mix all ingredients for dressing in a seperate bowl and dress salad. Garnish top of salad with sliced almonds and bacon crumbles.
