Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 cupworcestershire sauce
  • 1 1/2onion, chopped
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1 tbspgarlic powder
  • 1 tspsage
  • 1 tsporegano
  • 4mushroom
  • 2 sliceprosciutto crudo
  • 2dressed trouts

Steps

  1. 1

    Combine all the ingredientes except fish, onions, mushrooms and prosciutto

  2. 2

    Brush worcestershire sauce mixture inside and out the fish.

  3. 3

    Stuff the fish with one layer of chopped onions, one of laminated mushrooms and one slice of prosciutto.

  4. 4

    Place fish in a baking pan with the remaining onions and mushrooms.

  5. 5

    Bake in a preheated oven at 200° C for 10 minutes.

  6. 6

    Turn the fish over after 10 minutes and baste it with pan juices.
