1 pintsstrawberry
1 cupblueberry
1/2 cupsugar
1 packagesegg roll wrapper
2 packagescream cheese softened

Steps

Mix cream cheese, berries and sugar together

Follow directions on package for folding egg roll fill and roll

Fry in oil enough to cover rolls turning occasionally until golden brown

I sometimes sprinkle them with powered sugar..or put a bit of strawberry yogurt on a plate and set one on top..
