Ingredients

24 servings
  1. 1 largered papaya
  2. 8 ozjaggery
  3. 1/2 cupsugar
  4. 29 oztomato puree
  5. 1/4 cupyellow prepared mustard
  6. 1 tspsalt
  7. 1 tbspgranulated garlic powder
  8. 1 tspcayenne pepper powder

Steps

  1. 1

    cut papaya in half take out seeds scoop the pulp out and put into pot

  2. 2

    add spices sugar and mustard and heat mashing the pulp

    add tomato puree take a mixer and mix the sauce till smooth let simmer for three minutes serve with pork but good with other meats and veggies
