Mix the yeast, powdered milk, and sugar, then let sit for 5 minutes in 1/4 cup warm water.

Add the salt, oil, and sifted baking powder, and mix well.

Gradually add the flour in stages, kneading well until the dough comes together.

Place the dough in a warm spot to rise.

Lightly oil a baking sheet. Shape the dough as you like into balls or half-moons, and fill with your choice of cheese.

For the filling, use Kiri, mozzarella, cheddar, feta, nigella seeds, and chopped parsley. Sprinkle a little oregano and basil, then top with sesame and nigella seeds. Bake in the oven until golden brown.
