Steps

Grate the garlic and cut the onions.

Put cooking oil in a pan,add garlic and onions and let it for 2 minutes.

Add diced capsicum and carrots let it cook for 2 minutes.Add cut sausages and dip them in the sufuria and stir. let it cook for 3 to 5 minutes.

Add pre-cooked rice and stir then cover to heat up,add some water not to burn. Let it heat up for 10 minutes under low heat.

Serve while hot..Enjoy
