My mom used to make Blondie's from a box recipe when I was a kid. I just loved them. I'm not a huge fan of chocolate brownies so I made Blondie's which are pretty much the same thing without coco. But you can always add chocolate chips or even butterscotch to the mix.

Ingredients

  1. 1 stickButter Melted
  2. 1 tbspVanilla or Almond extract
  3. 1 largeEgg
  4. 1 cupAll purpose Flour
  5. 1 cupLight Brown Sugar
  6. 1 pinchSalt
  7. 1 cupChopped Walnuts
  8. 1Scoop of Butter Pecan Icecream
  9. 1Carmel Syrup to drizzle

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 350°F

  2. 2

    Mix with a spoon Butter and Light Brown Sugar.

  3. 3

    Then mix in the Egg and Vanilla.

  4. 4

    Sift the flour and salt together. Then add it to the mixture.

  5. 5

    Add in the Walnuts. Place in an oven safe nonstick pan. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.

    When done cut Blondie into 6 squares. Take 1 square out and drizzle with Carmel. Place 1 large scoop of butter pecan ice cream on top. Then drizzle Carmel over the top of the Ice cream. Enjoy
