By using reduced fat butter, adding less sugar than standard recipes and using whole wheat flour these blondies are a healthified version of a classic! :-)
Steps

Cream butter and sugar with hand mixer until smooth
- 2
Add eggs and vanilla extract and mix until smooth
- 3
Add salt, baking powder and flour and stir. Mixture will be quite think.

Add milk and stir until smooth
- 5
Last fold in the butterscotch morsels
- 6
Spray baking pan and bake at 350º for about 30 min or until the middle is set when touched.

Let cool completely before cutting into bars.
