I used to make this without the chicken as a side dish for BBQs but I decided to add chicken to make it dinner. Yummy!!

Ingredients

1 packagesfrozen or refrigerated cheese tortellini
1Grilled chicken breasts cooked, sliced
1Romaine lettuce, chopped
1Grated Parmesan cheese
1Bacon bits
1Caesar dressing
1Tomato, optional

Steps

Grill chicken and cook tortellini until al dente. Run under cold water, let drain

Place desired amount of lettuce and tortellini in bowl. Top with desired amount of Caesar dressing and mix until everything is coated.

And sliced chicken breast, bacon bits, and Parmesan cheese
