Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cupOreos (about 16)
  • 3 tbspMelted butter
  • 4 packages8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cupSugar
  • 1 1/2 cupChocolate chips, melted and cooled
  • 3 tspVanilla extract
  • 4Eggs, lightly beaten
  • 20More Oreos, coarsely chopped

Steps

  1. 1

    In small bowl, combine cookie crumbs and butter. Press onto bottom of greased 9 in springform pan.

  2. 2

    Refrigerate while preparing filling.

  3. 3

    In large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Beat in chocolate and vanilla.

  4. 4

    Add eggs, beat on low speed just until combines.

  5. 5

    Fold in half of chopped cookies. Pour over crust.

  6. 6

    Sprinkle with remaining cookies. Place pan on a baking sheet.

  7. 7

    Bake @ 325°F for 50-60 minutes.

  8. 8

    Cool for at least an hour. Refrigerate overnight.
