  • 2 tbspbalsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbspwhite pepper
  • 1 tspbrown sugar
  • 1 tbspworcestershire sauce

    Soak pot roast/ribs oververnight in mararinade, then roast, broil, grill however long depending upon how well done you like your meat. Me, rare, so I tend to just wave a lighter at it and eat. Serve with horseradish!
