Ingredients

2 mins
  1. 1-1/2 poundsirloin steak 1-1/2 thick
  2. 1/2 teaspoonkosher salt
  3. 1/2 teaspoonfresh ground black pepper
  4. 1/2 stickbutter
  5. 4 tablespoonchimichurri sauce see my recipe

  1. 1

    Get a skillet or pan hot and sear the steaks

    Turn as needed about every 3-4 minutes

    Add butter after fourth turn.

    Cook till your desired doneness let rest 5 minutes
