Wash bhindi in water and dry it using cloth or paper napkin. If possible, complete this process 2-3 hours prior to cooking. Remove head and tail and chop it into 1/3-inch thick round circles.

Heat some oil in a pan and add Cumin Seeds (Jeera) in it. Fry the Cumin Seeds for a few seconds till they start to splutter.

Add Turmeric Powder,red chilli powder,coriander powder Immediately add the sliced Bhindis in the pan.

Add Fennel Seeds (Saunf) and Salt to the Bhindi and mix well.

Cover the pan with a lid and cook the Bhindi on minimum heat stirring occasionally.

Bhindi Ki Sabzi is ready. Serve it hot with Roti or Paratha.
